MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the VVAG Prophetic Communication Team is to capture and document the Prophetic Word of the Lord spoken through individuals as the Holy Spirit enables so that VVAG leadership as well as the members and adherents will be able to review and meditate on each individual Word and partner with what the Lord desires to do in us and through us as He directs His church.

SCRIPTURAL MANDATE

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. I Corinthians 13:9

Without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6

Our God created us for relationship with Him and He desires to speak to us constantly, giving us encouragement, edification, comfort, correction, direction and insight into the future. Our love for the Lord and the Kingdom principle of stewardship motivates us to treasure every time He speaks to us as a congregation. Documenting these times, at the very least, will increase the frequency, but, more than that, it will give us a much better sense of what the Lord is saying to us as a church, which becomes increasingly more critical "as we see the day approaching" (Hebrews 10:25).
